Complete the membership application form with your company or professional details. The form is available as a PDF in the documents section below.

Submit the application to the Board of Directors
Send the completed form by email to contacto.ccmi@gmail.com. The application is submitted to the Board for review.

Admission decision
The Board of Directors votes on admission. You will receive confirmation by email with instructions on how to complete the registration process.
